China’s filter factory produces a large quantity of glass fiber filter cotton. Its feature is high temperature resistance.
This filter utilizes a progressive glass fiber structure, where the inlet side (green) features a looser, fluffier composition that gradually tightens toward the outlet (white). This layered density design effectively prevents premature surface clogging while enhancing the filtration and retention of paint particles.
The resilient, lofty structure maintains its shape even under pressure, ensuring no deformation and allowing the entire filter media to efficiently capture paint mist and sticky dust.
It also offers excellent corrosion resistance, withstands various solvents, acids, alkalis, and high temperatures.
